Workshops have a 6 person minimum. If under-booked, the studio can either cancel the workshop with 2 weeks notice or pay the difference and run the workshop as scheduled. If a workshop in cancelled within 1 month or less, a $200 fee is charged to the studio.
If each workshop has met minimum, (1) free space is open to studio guest per workshop. If flights were bought then the studio is responsible for covering the travel costs incurred.
No video or photo recording of the workshop while Jax is verbally instructing. Demos and shenanigans are fine!
Jax would prefer to be paid in cash in US dollars or local currency. Bank transfers are also acceptable. And lastly, PayPal can be used: info@thepoleacademy.com
All monies must be collected at the conclusion of her last workshop.
Studios are welcome to add a fee to the workshop up to $15 per person on workshops and $25 to private lessons

TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATIONS |
Workshops must meet a minimum of $250 and require 50% of travel costs as a deposit at time of booking Jax. For overnight accommodations - host studio is responsible for providing either a separate room at host's home or setting up a room at a hotel unless otherwise discussed with Jax.
